Time out

As soon as my kids log on to the computer which i have allowed 2 hours on weekdays and 5 hours on weekends it gives them the 60 second log out timer then logs them out . I now have to take the time off so they can use the computer and i really would like them to have time limits. Please help.

Please go to the Norton Safety Minder icon, a dog paw in the System Tray and click on View Time Remaining.  What exact message do you see?

 

Also, please check how the curfew time "Range of hours blocking XXX from using the computer" is being setup under Settings -> Time.  What time do you kids log onto the PC,  during the curfew time?
