I set allowed time for my kids on their Android phone (Motorola E4 Plus and Motorola E5 Plus). They are allowed to use the cell phone 2h a day, from 6:00AM to 9:00PM.
Occasionally (sometimes every month, i.e., much more than acceptable) the phones are kept blocked, even during the allowed time, and need to be unlocked with the PIN number, which, in turn, keep the phones unblock for the whole day. It doesn't happen simultaneously on both phones, but it happens with the same -annoying- frequency on both of them.
