The time restriction is failing. Despite setting up specific times when the computer is supposed to be blocked, my child is able to log in to the "blocked" computer for up to 2 minutes before it locks. This can be done consecutively and repeatedly. I have confirmed this failure by reproducing and repeating it myself. The email notification arrives much later.
