Please reference case #25568850. This issue is unresolved even after using support via chat. I set up time restrictions, using both total time and specific times during the day, for each and every day of the week since Dec 22 ,2015. This Alert Message has appeared 4 times in the last 2 days. My child does not have Admin rights on this computer.
