Q1: Norton is saying that my daughter has used up all of her minutes even though Norton time log says she hasn’t used any minutes for the day (and I know she hasn’t). I have her set up for 2 hours a day and between the hours of 7am and midnight. Strangely enough, I have her sister set up the exact way and Norton’s is working. Please help.
