Time supervision and web activity reporting not functional

Despite approximately 5 hours spent involving 3 remote sessions, 3 different Norton technicians (including junior technician, a "level 2" technician, and a more senior technician), and a full uninstallation and reinstallation of Norton Family Premier, the product still (a) fails to enforce time limits, (b) fails to report the user's time spent on the machine, and (c) fails to report the user's web activity.
