Time tracking does not appear to be working correctly

In the attached screen shot (I can’t get the image to attach!) you can see that the Monday time is at 24 hours. The computer was running and the account was logged in but there was not 24 hours of continuous activity. My kids keep themselves logged in all of the time so that they can start using the computer faster. When they leave the computer they don’t logout but simply “switch user” (Fast User Switching) and leave the computer with the user icons showing. Is it possible for NOF to track the active time and not simply the amount of time the user is logged in? Time supervision was OFF for this user. Thanks. Computer OS: Windows 7 Home Premium (no service pack) NSM version: 2.1.0.52, Premier; Anti-malware: Norton Security Suite (Comcast);

On further experimentation it seems that activity tracking works if one turns on “time supervision” and then checks the option “Count only the amount of time ___ actively uses the computer”. So I’ve made this change and it is no longer counting logged in but not active time. It seems like tracking only active time would be the default but regardless I’m glad that it can be configured this way.
