I have been waiting on the phone for 48 minutes to have a question answered. I have spent 15 ( at least ) minutes to enter my data in to this site for help. However, I have been asked 3-5 times to renew my subscription to Norton when on line.
There is something wrong with your program when I can't get a question answered within ,now 50 minutes, but you want to sell me more of this product.
Not going to happen.
