Norton Family premium reports my son logging in during curfew at 6:47am. This appears to have been for a curfew warning at 16:30 (local time). We don't have a restriction set up for that time, so I can only assume that Norton Family is using the web-specified settings but applying some other time zone (US perhaps?)
I assume there are regional settings in the Norton Family profile to fix date/time reporting and limits, but have not been able to find them in the web portal.
FURTHER UDATE:
He just signed in at 8:53am (Local time) -- this should be permitted.
Norton Family has just reported a curfew violation at 10:52pm. It does indeed seem that the regional settings are incorrect, and need changing. Where in my profile can I do this?
