Timely updates from Norton for known issues

Some users have expressed a desire to be able to be updated by Norton on a regular basis (weekly was suggested) for the known issuses with the various products.

 

Something simple and easy to maintain for Norton - like a sticky with the message title of the Issue and perhaps a weekely update as to the percentage of completion for the issue to be solved.

 

I understand that just because it  may be100% solved, does not mean it will be released immediately, or perhpas even in an immediate action patch.  That should be explained also so that the users know the situation.

 

I also feel an informational post somewhere on the Boards by Norton would be very handy explaining the flow of an issue from discovery, thru investigation, remediation and finally release of the fix.

 

I think it is important to keep users/customers updated on the prgoress of the issues that have been acknowledged.
