Forgot to ask in my previous message but one nusiance with NIS 2011 is that if I don't turn my laptop on (Windows XP SP3) for a week I get the Norton alert that the security needs attention and I have to run a scan which takes a while.
Is there anyway with NIS 2012 that I can set it up to run less frequently so as to avoid the updates if the laptop is switched on weekly ? Can I set the time to start the update as soon as the laptop has loaded all the programs etc rather than wait for 15-20minutes before its starts to scan ?
The laptop is not used often so its just a nuisnace,
