Timing Out

Having recently installed the OnlineFamily.norton.com parental oversight on my new Windows 7 computer I have been having repeated Timing Out problems.

1.  At 15 mins before curfew a window appears notifying my child that she has 15 mins left.  The window allows me to override the curfew by installing my email and password and identifying the amount of minutes I wish to allow for postponing the curfew.  The computer still times out at the old curfew time with no extensions.  How do I correct this?

2.  When one of my children time out due to extended daily usage, my other child with a separate login and OnlineFamily.norton.com registration is also timed out even though they have never been logged in or have been on the computer just a few minutes during the day.  How do I correct this?

3.  Additionally, I have installed two email addresses to rec'v email for child web site violations, only the registered email address is active the other one is not working.  Any way to correct this?

4.  It this the only technical support option for OnlineFamily.norton.com?
