Tired of Looking for Norton "Chat" or "Phone" Support

Norton's support is so conflated, that after I finally got there, I could not repeat and get to support a second time.

I actually have two case numbers for the same thing.

I need:

To be able to download the “Blocked Senders” from Outlook and paste the list to Norton’s “Blocked Senders.”

The Chat support tried transfer Outlook “Blocked Senders” from Outlook to Norton Antivirus, but after a couple of hours trying, he promised that he would have a more advance tech call me and take care of the problem.  No one ever called.

I need:

A link to “Chat” that actually works

A technical support phone number that someone will actually answer.

Norton's support sucks "Big Time!"
