Both myself and another poster on these boards confirmed a bug in Norton Ghost 14 which started again with version 14.0.5.34587.
I am new to NG14 but the other poster mentioned that it was fixed six months ago and just resurfaced with this version.
This bug involves incremental backups of recovery point sets for drives other than C:. These incrementals although created with a i2vi extension are almost as large as the original backup. Only C: Drive incrementals appear to be working correctly.
The other poster mentioned he was in contact with Symantec. Unfortunately, being new here, I have had problems contacting Symantec via email (it does not accept my license key as valid). Any advice on how to contact symantec via email for Norton Ghost 14 problems will be appreciated.
Please let us know when this bug has been resolved and there is a new version to download via live update.
