I have got a bit of a mess going and I need help to resolve it. Basically, I have 5 PCs, 15 Licenses and no activations left. There are three keys, each with 5 licenses.
I want to get to 5 PCs (stuck with that), 5 Licenses (1 key) with activations allocated 1 per PC. I let one set of 5 licenses (1 key) expire so they have gone. The second set expires in March and at least one system is using its key. Two questions:
- How do I change the current key (just about to expire) to the other (target) key that I want to retain. The source key is coming up for renewal and demanding I do so.
- All the activations have gone on the target key. This is probably history as I only have 5 PCs. How do I get these back again.
