Tool Bar Not Available With IE 10 64 Bit. Where Did IE 10 32 Bit Go

Can anyone tell me what happened to the 32 bit version of IE when IE 10 installed automatically.  Can anyone tell me how to get IE 10 32 bit version back, so I can use the Norton Tool Bar.

 

One site told me..Under Internet Options, Security, to disable the Security Mode.  I did this, rebooted, and still no IE 10 32 bit.

 

Would it be easier to delete IE 10, unchecked the auto update and reinstall IE 9.  Would that return both the 32 and 64 bit versions.

 

Does Norton plan on making the Norton Tool Bar to work with 64 bit IE 10.

 

Thanks for any and all help.  I have researched MS and just cannot find an answer.
