Tool bar is installed and enabled in Chrome settings. Latest version 22.8.0.50 is installed.
NIS settings shows everything is OK with Chrome. Tool bar does not appear in Chrome. This is a chronic problem; sometimes the tool bar is there sometimes not but mostly not
