toolbar can not connect to norton account

toolbar can not connect to norton account

Identity Safe Toolbar (2013.4.2.2 - firefox 23.0.1 extension) has stopped working.

1. After clicking "Access Vault" or "Settings" it asked for email and password for norton account.
Enter both info and it gave me an small triangle red icon. ("Please enter a valid password")

2. I did ask for norton remote support - 1 hour of remote supoort - still not working.

3. I CAN connect to norton account then vault account through browser.

4. Install a 30 days trial version (NIS 2013), I was able to connect to norton account thought IE.
but firefox extension 2013.4.0.10 was disable. (fail to liveupdate to 2013.4.2.2 using IE)

5. a New one 2014.5.0.67 showed up yesterday in my PC. Still can not connect to norton account. (sam error as no 1. - ("Please enter a valid password"))

Any suggestions?
