I have recently renewed my Norton licence. I have installed Norton extensions but after powering down and then powering back up, I am asked to install Norton extensions again!
Extensions are ticked in settings and also 'green' in the Identity Window but I still get the same message.
I am running Norton in Windows 10/Chrome and my previous Norton licence didn't have this problem.
