My toolbar and "identity safe" used to work fine. Now it don't. It quit working about two weeks ago. Same computer, same browser.
I have several website logos on my wallpaper. I used to click on the one I wanted. Browser would open, Website would come up and Norton toolbar would be there. Now the only way I can see the Norton toolbar is : click on "Identity safe" logo, wait for browser to bring up "Identity safe" page, click on "set it up now", then Norton toolber will show up. Then I have to go to my "favorites" and click on the site I wanted. If I just click on a wall paper logo, even with Norton website open, I get a new page without Norton toolbar.
I have downloaded and installed the toolbar about 4 7 9 times. I'm still running Windows 7, home version, with IE 9 version 9.0.8112.16421 cipher strength 256 bit browser; same as before when it worked good. I have uninstallled/reinstalled NIS 3 times, finally after the third time, the toolbar worked. Then I ran live update = 15 updates, 106 mg. now the toolbar doesn't work again. Suggestions??
