My Norton Security expires April 28, 2018.
Two month ago I started received pop-up messages from Norton Security asking me to update my credit card information so Norton can bill me again.
I answer I will do it later.... TWO HUNDRED TIMES... because I have pop-up few times per day interrupting my work.
Top on that I receiving email from Norton every day with FINAL NOTICE telling me to update my credit card information.
Seriously?
I was a loyal customer for more than 10 years.
I know when my subscription expires and how to subscribed again.
Is any more irritating ways to make a loyal customer to hating one?
How about a call from collection company in your behave?
Unbelievable....
