みなさん、はじめまして。
最近パソコンの電源を入れていなく約２週間ぶりに電源を入れたところ、画面が高速でチカチカ点滅しているので
このサイトに書いてある解決法をやってみたのですが直らなく困り果てたのでスレッドを作成させていただきました。

↑このサイトに書いてあることを順番通りやりました。
OSはWindows8.1を使っていまして今回の点滅が初めてではなく４回目ほどになります。
今まではプログラムのところからアンインストールをするとこの点滅が消えていたのですが
今回はこれをやっても直らない状態です。
原因が分かる方、修正方法を知ってらっしゃる方おられましたらぜひコメントの方よろしくお願いします。

nice to meet you all.Recently when I turned on the PC for about 2 weeks without turning on the power, the screen is blinking fast and flickering
I tried the solution written on this site, but it wasn't straightforward, so I created a thread.

や り I did what was written on this site in order.
The OS uses Windows 8.1, and this flashing is not the first time but about the fourth time.
Until now, when uninstalling from the program, this blinking disappeared
This time, it is in a state where it does not fix even if this is done.
