現在ノートン３６０プレミアムに加入していますが、更新時期に来たため更新しようとしたら１年で２００００円もかかるので安いプランにしようとしても「すでにライセンスをお持ちのようです。追加購入やアップグレードオプションについては・・・。」となりプレミアしか選択できません。どうすれば安いプランにへんこうできますか
I am currently subscribed to Norton 360 Premium, but when I tried to renew it due to the expiration date, it cost 20,000 yen for one year, so when I tried to switch to a cheaper plan, I got the message “It appears you already have a license. Regarding additional purchases and upgrade options…” and I could only choose Premium. How can I switch to a cheaper plan?
If you use the renew option it is going to renew your current product. You need to just purchase a new subscription from the Norton website pages. Generally the price for the new subscription of the same Norton product you now have will be less expensive than the renewal price.

新しいノートンを通販や店舗で購入し、期限切れを待ってプロダクトキーを入力するのが簡単です。ただし、この操作をすると以前の契約とは別に新しい契約が発生する事になります。
※新しいプロダクトキーは期限切れを待って入力してください。
他の方法としてはノートンサポートに相談する方法もあります（電話またはチャット）。
