Since, you do not know/recall your Norton 360 UI Settings “password”.
You’ll need (by my experience) to reinstall Norton 360.
Please try Norton_360_Remover tool → ‘Reboot to Safe mode’?

Norton_360_Remover tool → ‘Reboot to Safe mode’…allows Norton 360 uninstall without knowing your Norton 360 UI Settings “password”.

You’ve run Norton LiveUpdate + Restart (not Shut down) machine?
Since, you do not know/recall your Norton 360 UI Settings “password”.
You’ll need (by my experience) to reinstall Norton 360.
Note: your Norton 360 UI Settings password is (likely) not your Norton account password nor Norton Password Manager password.
Are you seeing Wrong password!?

You’ll need to run Reboot to Safe mode → Reboot
What you may be seeing is the Windows User Account Control prompt looking for your Windows Admin password.
