20年以上ノートン製品を使用してきましたが、ノートンチャットサポート以外に連絡手段が見当たらず、このチャットサポートに色々なブラウザーを使っても接続できず、スマホで試しても、ダメでした。ウイルスバスターなど販売者と確実に連絡が取れるセキュリティーソフトへ切り替えるか？悩んでおります。ノートンチャットサポートに接続できる方法をご存じな方はおりますか？
I’ve been using Norton products for over 20 years, but I can’t seem to find any way to contact them other than Norton Chat Support. I’ve tried connecting to this chat support using various browsers, but I couldn’t get through, and even when I tried using my smartphone, it didn’t work. I’m wondering if I should switch to security software like VirusBuster, where I can reliably contact the vendor. Does anyone know a way to connect to Norton Chat Support?

No matter what I tried, the only way to contact them was through Norton chat support. And I couldn’t connect to the chat support from my smartphone or PC.

先ごろノートン様よりお詫びのメールが送信されてきましたが具体的な解決策
は示されておりませんでした。
私は幸運にも自分のアカウントに接続できたので自動更新を解除し請求情報も削除しました。
それでももし仮に請求トラブルが発生した場合、連絡手段をどうすればいいのか
懸念されます。電話連絡も数回試みないと人間とのお話が難しいらしいです。
（どうやら別の国の方々は問題なくチャットサポートを受けられるらしいですが？）
具体的な方策がないのが残念です。
