Just returning to Norton after 2 years at BitDefender. I had read about some laptop issues but the product is rated Best by everybody, so...
On my PC, no issues at all. On my Toshiba Satellite (A105-S4004), however, installed no problem, but when the laptop reboots, the screen goes blank and does not recover.
There will be the screen with the progress bar, then black background with mouse point - which moves - and then blank/gray. There is no typical "Welcome" screen.
I was able to enter Safe Mode once, but when I tried again later, when loading safe mode a Blue-screen message would display quickly and then the laptop would shut off. Only "Last Known Good Config" works.
What's good?
