The difficulty in being able to contact anyone at Norton is disgraceful. I have been billed for at the least the last 3 years for an annual subscription that I don't use. Trying to get an avenue of contact to ask for a refund is IMPOSSIBLE. I am going to involve American Express because Norton refuse to respond to my email and provide no simple method of contact. Your useless online assistant flicks me to a telephone number which vanishes from view prior to being able to dial it. When I do dial it from Australia the message says the number is disconnected. All I want is the last 3 year's refunded and the subscription then cancelled after I receive the refund. Do not cancel the subscription and then tell me that a refund isn't possible because there is no subscription.
