I upgraded to version 2011 from 2010 a few days ago and just realised a problem with tracert. The ping command seems fine. Tracert times out until the last hop. The first hop is always my router; it time out in a tracert but pinging it is fine. Tracert works when the smart firewall is disabled and the problem returns when the firewall is re-enabled. I tried creating a new rule to allow all connections to and from my computer for cmd.exe but that didn't work. I tried resetting the firewall in advanced settings but that didn't work either. I'm using Windows 7 x64.
Suggestions please.
