I have tried everything all day running full scan running different malware tools to take it off going into safemode and removing the .dll files myself it keeps coming back is it time to finally try and use Norton Power Eraser I'm only scared to use it because it doesn't say if it just deletes necessary files or if it will allow me to pick and choose which files to actually go in and delete any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
