Training for Customers and Potential Customers of Norton Products?

Training for the customers in the use of Norton products?  Direct traditional and laboratory training, not just through the internet, in how to use Norton Antivirus, Norton Internet Security, Norton 360; so that customers do not need to spend several hours with the helpfile, do not need to search for so many articles online, and could avoid needing to call Norton Symantec for technical support as so much assistance.  Why is nothing like this done?  ... Or is it really done somewhere, but I be just not aware of it?  There are courses normal people can attend for Computer Literacy, for more specialized applications like MicroSoft Office, and Excel, Powerpoint, and some other software products and packages,  so why not for antivirus and security protection software?

If nobody else (companies or individuals) are doing that kind of teaching, then maybe Symantec should start it, be the first.

Imagine that!  Example, attend a 10 week, twice per week training course for ... maybe, Norton Internet Security, in which students learn how to install, uninstall, how and why to configure NIS, how to perform different kinds of scans, how to take care of different infections which occur, the different ways to perform Back-Ups, how to respond to different warning and danger messages.  Include evaluations of student learning, including tests, and actual laboratory exercises, maybe which can include practice on finding infectious threats and cleaning/responding to those threats.  Think about that.  Certainly people would attend.
