Running XP Pro SP3 on new Compaq 610 notebook
It is replacing the one which was the original subscriber for 3 subscriptions. One of the three subscriptions was on a trashed computer -- no longer in use.
The original install was on a CD for NIS 2008 which was downloaded, upgraded and re-subscribed each year since. 180 days left on current subscription.
I have the Install key but am not sure what is the best way to install NIS 2010 on the new computer and still retain the original Norton to computer contact for registration and renewal.
