Transfer NMS to Replacement Thunderbolt

Verizon recently replaced my defective Thunderbolt with a replacement device.  Need to learn how to transfer my current NMS subscription over to the new device.  When I added to the new device I get the lite version and when I try to upgrade to the full version I get prompted to repurchase.  My current subscription still has 332 days left so where do you go to get help with transferring the subscription?
