Norton 360 v 4.0:
We are getting a new computer in our office, to replace our current one. I'd like to transfer all my Norton 360 settings (Identity Safe passwords, form info, backup sets, etc.) from the old computer to the new computer. How do I do that?
Hi StPhilip,
Welcome to Norton Community!
You can export the Identity Safe settings as .npm file and save it to external drive/flashdrive/CD/DVD. Read the instructions from the following link:
http://us.norton.com/support/kb/web_view.jsp?wv_type=public_web&docurl=20100120125712EN
You can import these settings after installing Norton 360 in your new computer.

Thank you. This information is for Identity Safe data only. I also wanted to get access to my backup sets (not the files themselves but the list of files), since I spent a lot of time on my old computer setting them up just right. Now that I've transferred all my files to my new computer, I didn't want to have to redo all that work. Unfortunately, I've since found out via support chat that it's not possible to get my backup sets and I have to do them over.
