Transfer of license from old PC to new laptop

I have changed from my old PC to a newer laptop, how do i transfer the norton protection to my new laptop, without accessing the old PC? thanks.

Hi cliffemeister, welcome to the Norton Community :-)

If you leave Norton 360 installed on your old laptop, you will lose your licence, so I recommend deinstalling it. On the other hand, if your old computer is dead as a doornail, then your Norton 360 will be dead, too :-) Then, go here to download the latest version of Norton 360 to your new laptop:

If you have a current subscription for the Norton 360 product on your old computer, then you can use your product key to activate the downloaded version on your new computer.
