You are able to update your Norton account to a new email address (in your post I am a little unclear as to whether the "account" in question is your Norton account or an email account). I am not sure as to whether you are able to transfer a license from one Norton account to another. You might want to contact our customer support group for Norton account maintenance issues.

Edit: Guess I should say how, eh?
To change your email address for your Norton account, go to http://mynortonaccount.com and log in using your current email and password. Once you have logged in, over in the menu bar on the left click on Account Profile. Once you're on that page find the Edit button to the right of the Account Information pane (where you see your email address). Change your email and click update at the bottom.
Ok thanks, that worked. Now is there a way to delete this account or at least change this username so my other account (the one with the norton product on it) can use the username “EricDC”?
Which account are you referring to in this case? Your forum account? If you would like your forum email address to match that of your Norton account you can change it by finding the My Profile link along the header. Once you click on that you can change your forum email address.
Otherwise I'm not quite sure which account you are referring to with the username EricDC (since Norton accounts use email addresses for their account name). If you could clarify I'd be happy to follow up.
