Transfering Logins and Cards from an old computer to a new computer

I had Norton 360 on an old computer... it died and now I want to transfer all the logins and Cards to my new computer.  I have saved the IDD store.dat file and the IDD story_bak.dat and the ID Safe backup.NPM files on my new computer... is there a way to import these files or do I need another file....  If this solution is already posted please excuse me I am a NEWBIE and I did not see it in my searches.

I have created a NPM file, but I need some clear details as to where to go to import the file... is it under identy safe or back ups or what?   I can see a place to create a new profile, but that does not seem to be what I want to do... I simply want to take my old NPM file and import it to this computer, a few more details are needed.. thanks

First you have to set up Identity Safe and create a local profile. Then only you will be able to import the .npm file. Read the information provided here to setup Identity Safe:
