I am replacing my computer of 6 years with a new computer, Although I have the product keys for Norton SystemWorks and Norton Internet Security 2011 and have 315 days left on my account; nothing will work to transfer and download the 2 software programs. All I get is a 6 day trial run and a non-acceptance of my key. This is so frustrating and the website and Nathan are useless. This has been going on for a week and nothing is getting done even though I follow all the instructions only to get re-fused every time.
