I am getting a new computer. Can I use my cloud backup to transfer programs and data files to it?

HI Rangewood
Welcome to the Norton Community Forums
Yes. Just install whatever product you currently have and acitvate it using your current activation key. If you have issues with the activation then please contact Customer Support via the following chat link and they will correct things for you very quickly.

Please advise what Norton product and version you are using and I will ask a Moderator to move this thread to the correct forum.
I'm using norton internet security 2010.
Thanks for the advice
Cheers
Hi Rangewood
As you have an active subscription you can upgrade for free to Norton Internet Security 2011 by downloading from the following location.
Make sure that you backup your identity safe on your present computer (if you use ID safe) and copy the .npm file to your new one to be restored once you have NIS installed. After installation please run liveupdate repeatedly until there are no more updates.
