Transition from Internet Security trial version to Norton 360

I have a 2 year subscription for N360 and have used two installs.  One of my PC's crashed and I had to replace it. 

 

  1. How do I deactivate the copy that was on the crashed PC.
  2. How to I transition from the trial version of Internet Security to one of my existing N360 license.
