My new PC has a trial Norton 2012 that runs out in ten days. I also have a remaining two months on my exisiting Norton Subscription. I tried downloading the existing subscription with no luck as the days are ticking off the trial. So I bought a new Norton Subscription this morning and that won't download either. So now I seem to have paid for two months remaining from Jan 2011 plus a new subscription from today the 26th October plus these ten days remaing free trial.
I have followed instructions and Run and then Norton has allegedly installed but on my PC Norton security it says I must renew soon.
My Norton Account shows the order details and there are Key numbers for the existing and the new. Tried the Virtual Nathan but he doesn't understand my problem. Surely this should be a simple process?
