Norton Security with backup for three devices, 22.5.5.15, PC - Windows 10 64 bit.

Bought the software three weeks ago for three devices, receive TRIAL VERSION EXPIRED error on one of the PCs. Called support twice who logged in remotely and fiddled with the PC, un-installed / re-installed the software and removed / re-added the computer from services under my Norton account. The error still occurring every second day. The software hasn't been operational for two out of three weeks of the subscription so far, and I am extremely frustrated. Also waiting for nearly a week for the level 2 help desk to contact me. Will call again and if not solved will take the matter to the ACCC (Australian Competition and Consumer Commission) ombudsman for breach of contract and compensation.
