I had the Norton Anti-virus trial version which I liked very much. However, I downloaded the Norton 360 in order to be able to use Firefox browser and the download package did not inform me that my anti-virus version would be replaced by 360. I thought I was just getting an update for the anti-virus version in my computer. Now, I have the 360 and my trial period has been reduced to 30 days from 60 days. But the main issue is I prefer how the anti-virus program showed my in one click of the icon the entire system.
How do I get back my previous trial program?
There should be some clarity that when one downloads you "lose" your previous program.
Something simple was made complex unnecessarily but lack of information and explanation. We are not all "techically" informed.
If I can't retrieve my previous trial version which I liked and (will renew) I will probably just enroll in roadrunner's free virus protection.
I wanted to only update to use Firefox and your program lead me to believe that's what I was doing. Instead, I am getting another entirely different program (upgraded based on price which I do not like or need) and I lost my trial program which I liked.
Can I retrieve and get back the previous version? What about that file I had to download to get the version I now have? Can that be deleted?
