Tried re-newing three times whats?

I tried re-newing three times yesterday with three different credit cards which I know are all good.   The first two your system said could not processed.   The third appread to process but not update my system and instead said Norton would send me an email which never came.   Then I registered here can no email came to confirm my email address.   I reset that today I at least got in to post.   What I want is to talk to a live person.   Resolve my re-order.   We done today you keep my business . . otherwise I move on.
