Trojan.Gen.2 and friends in quarantine.....now what?

Yesterday my Endpoint Protection dialogue pops up and I watch as it scans and quarantines over a dozen items.  The list includes multiple copies of the following Risks:

 

Sonar.dropper (mor.exe)

Trojan.Zeroaccess (n)

Trojan.Gen.2 (00000004.@)

Trojan.Zeroaccess.B (80000000.@)

 

It says they are all in Qarantine but do I still need to be concerned about the security on my laptop?

 

I'm running 64 bit Windows 7 Professional (SP 1)
