Trojan.Gen.2 and Trojan.Gen

I appear to have three files infected: two with Trojan.Gen.2 and one with Trojan.Gen.  

 

Symantic Endpoint Protection detects and says it quarantines the virus, but it keeps redecting it.  It says the infected file is in my RECYCLER folder but it is empty.  

 

Any advice to fix this?
