Hi, My Norton 360 keeps detecting a trojan.gen.2 virus on my computer, while this is helpful it is also unable to remove the virus. I have run the power eraser with no result. I have also tried to use the Norton Bootable Recovery Tool however can't seem to work out how to run it from a thumb drive in BIOS mode. Help! I would like to get rid of this virus. I am running windows 7 on an HP laptop.
