I know that you guys have probably answered this, but non seem to match my problem that I know of... Basically, 3-4 months ago I recieved a Trojan.Gen and so I fully scanned my computer and removed 2-3 of them. Every month or so it pops up again and I just can't get rid of it. I've taken advice from my tutor and friends to download certain anti-viruses to remove it but it still pops up. It doesn't do anything to annoy me, it's just my scanner keeps saying it's there and quarentining it. Today, it also found a Downloader virus now and removed that.
Yesterday my friend told me my MSN was hacked and was spamming adverts to my contacts so i'm beggining to worry maybe now it is actually doing something, yet nothing else has been hacked that I know of, so it may be just a one off.
The Trojan.Gen always pops up in my Local Java folder or the Temp folder, can anyone help me or give me advice on how to finally stop it from popping up?

I am using Norton 360 and I do believe its the latest version as I update it constantly.
At the moment I have SAS (SUPERAntiSpyware) and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware Installed
Those where the only 2 advised to me and still installed
My Operating System is Win 7 SP 1
~ Also sorry if I lack information, i'm not 100% great with computers :(
