Recently Norton auto-protect informed me that it was processing a trojan.gen risk and then said it was resolved.
After rebooting my computer (I have dual-boot windows 7 and Ubuntu) and selecting the windows os all it does is load the drivers and bluescreens for about a second and shuts down.
I don't know if this problem is to do with the trojan.gen or another problem or conflicting issues but I need some help.
system specs: HP pavilion dm4-3114TX limited edition
CPU: quadcore intel i5-3210m cpu @ 2.50 ghz
GRAPHICS: discrete: intel hd 4000 other: radeon hd 7570m
RAM: 8gb
