Trojan.gen remove failed / w32.morto remove failed

Hello,

 

norton my system is unable to remove the following:

 

1) Trojan.gen remove failed

2) w32.morto remove failed

 

i dont know what to do and have tried to rescan it several times.

 

i have a screen shot of what NAV actually says.

I dont know where it is. NAV just tells me that i have these issues. i tried to save the image as jpg and attach it with this post but it gives an error while attaching it.
