Trojan Gen2 and Zeroaccess removal help

Hi,

 

Just like lots of others i'm being nagged by the Trojan Gen2 and Zeroacces virus.

Can you please help me remove them from my system (Windows XP 32 bit) ?

I don't have a flash disk.
